Richard Hale – Managing Director

Richard commenced in public practice in Kingston in 1997. He has a passion for small business and advises in the fields of taxation compliance and minimisation, business structures, buying and selling a business etc. “I am good with numbers but my motivation is the people who are behind these numbers - my clients, employees and associates.”
Belinda Fitzgerald – Senior Accountant and Xero Consultant
B.Bus (Accounting & Human Resources), Chartered Accountant
Belinda has over 20 years experience in the public practice environment. She specialises in accounting software setup and support and SMSF administration. Belinda has the knowledge and experience to find optimum outcomes for clients. Her focus is on developing great relationships to better understand the client’s business and financial goals. Belinda is also an accredited Xero consultant.
Jenny Leitch – Senior Accountant and Xero Consultant
B.Com (Accounting & Finance) Dip.FP
Jenny joined the firm in 2016 after leaving a Finance Officer role with a not-for-profit association. She has extensive experience having worked in accounting, financial planning, taxation and bookkeeping, meeting the needs of a diverse mix of individuals and businesses. Jenny is also an accredited Xero consultant.
Leanne Gill – Office Administrator and Bookkeeper
Leanne was known to us for more than a decade as a part-owner of a successful business that was a long-term client of the firm until it was sold. Consequently she has a practical understanding and knowledge of business issues. Leanne is experienced with the use of MYOB and provides bookkeeping services to our clients.
Mital Sutariya – Senior Accountant
B.Com, ASA
Mital is an associate member of CPA Australia. She has knowledge and experience in taxation and accounting for individuals and small businesses. One of her core strengths is providing end to end tax and accounting support with a focus on driving profitably and value.
Chloe Flakemore – Administration and ATO Support
Chloe divides her time between tax return preparation, bookkeeping and administration. She has worked in the industry for more than ten years in both Kingston and Huonville.
Yang Zang – Accountant
B.Fin, MPA
Yang is from Sichuan province in S.W. China where he worked in various accounting and finance roles for China Railway. He moved to Australia with his wife in 2022 and gained valuable experience working for H&R Block before taking up employment with us. He is also a certified Xero adviser.
Kathy Qiu – Accountant
Dip.Econ, MPA
Kathy is from Zhejiang province in E. China where she worked in sales and management in the export sector before moving here in 2019. She held various tax-related positions in Australia before joining us and is also a certified Xero adviser.
